Brimstone Records llc offers Indie Artist a unique way to sell their music and music related merchandise online.

By allowing the Artist to handle shipping we manage to put more money in the hands of the Artist. We have tried to work out the fairest deal possible for all concerned, but as with any new service, the fees and procedures are subject to change. We will promise that if any of our fees or procedures change we will contact you via email to let you know about the changes.

Note: If you are a Brimstone Artist please do not fill out the form below, your music will automatically be included for sell.

How does it work:

1. Create a profile at www.brimstonerecords.com

2. Upload your original music

3. Upload your images

4. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will put your music up for sell.

Payment Information:

After careful research of several different payment options, Brimstone has decided to use PayPal as their online payment source. All PayPal fees will be paid by Brimstone.

1. If you are selling a hard copy of your CD, you set the price of the CD in the form below.

2. Single song digital downloads can be price from $1.25 to .79 cents a song.

You will be charged .05 cents per transaction plus .13 cents per song.

3. All hard copy CDs will be charged a $1.50 charge for shipping for standard shipping, or a $3.50 fee for express shipping (which you, the Artist keeps to help offset your shipping costs).

4. All hard copy CDs are charged a .50 cents fee for handling (which brimstone keeps to cover PayPal fees).

5. Brimstone also keeps %15 from the sell of all hard copy CDs (to cover our expenses)..

6. You will be paid at the first of every month for sells that occur within the first two weeks of the month. You have two options for receiving payments. You can be paid via PayPal or mailed a check.

If you request a check, a fee of .50 cents will be deducted for your payment to cover costs of mailing and printing the check.

EXAMPLE 1:

On the 3rd of April you sold 1 digital download at the price of .99 cents. You will be paid of May 1st.

On the 23rd of April you sold (to one customer) 2 digital downloads at .99 cents each. You will be paid on June 1st.

NOTE:  If you would rather have us mail you a check then the balance of your account would need to reach $20.00 before payout. At that point you would be charged an additional .50 cents and a check for $19.50 would be mailed to you at the first of the following month.
EXAMPLE 3:
On April 2nd you sell a CD for $12.95. You would immediately get an email to inform you of the sell. It will be your responsibility to package and ship the CD to the buyer within 24 hours. Please get a receipt for the cost of shipping and you can use this as your verification that the item has been shipped. On May 1st you will be paid.
